How to use the Chordalyser

1. To activate a chord box click on the red light at the top left of the box. The green light will come on. The box is activated. You can only activate one at a time.

The second of the boxes is activated and allows you to change the chord name and the chord on the fretboard.

2. Once activated click the root note of your chord and then the click chord name - ie what type of chord it is. The details will appear in the black button. To access the chord diagrams click the navigation arrows under the chord selector. The chord diagrams can only be accessed when the green light is on.

If you are working on a new tune or writing a song you can line up the chords and easily click through to the chords you want to use. In the picture above I have chosen open chords but I could have chosen the moveable chords below.

3. If a black button has a chord name inside click it and the notes of the chord will appear in the keyboard below it. If the red notes don't appear click on the chord name again and try then.

The notes above are for the chord CMaj7. Clicking the keys will play the notes.

4. You can analyse nine chords at time.
